We really appreciate all the messages we receive (encouraging or otherwise) but, if you take the time and trouble to write to us and you don’t hear from us for several days (sometimes even weeks) it’s not that we’re a couple of ingrates, it’s simply that we’re so busy that we rarely have enough time to reply straight away. However, we do try to reply to everyone who writes to us, eventually, so if you don’t hear from us straight away, please be patient. We’re doing our best.
